I layer mine as follows:
- Crunchy Tostada Shell (cook per the instructions on the box - I put a picture below of what these look like at the store, sometimes they can be hard to find)
- Refried Beans (I warm mine up in the microwave for a minute or two)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salad/Chicken Mixture from above
- Sour Cream
- Guacamole or fresh cut avocados
- Salsa (if you have time, make your own pico de gallo)

That sounds so good - we're going to have to try it! Thanks!
i found this really great and easy recipe for guacamole.
2 med. avocados
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T your favorite salsa (i use pace thick and chunky)
pinch of salt
and of course, you can tweak it really easily. for awhile i forgot about the actual clove of garlic and just did garlic salt and it was still delicious.
We'll definitely be trying this. Anything Mexican and anything with limes.... yum....
